  The Seven Bodies Swamiji in his discourses has spoken about the awakening of the Kundalini and the seven bodies in brief in his discourses. Here we will try and examine what these bodies are. The first body is the Physical Body – this body is also known as the Sthul sharir – we are all aware of the physical body and most of us do not progress beyond this level in our spiritual journey. This develops in the first seven years after birth. The progress starts once a living Guru plants the seed of self-realisation within you. I had called Umeshji sometime in the middle of April and asked whether we could give Aradka a visit. He said he would be free after the 26 th and so we planned accordingly. Umesh Paiji and I had decided to give a surprise inspection visit to the Rajasthan Samarpan Ashram as per the guidance given by His Holiness Swamiji in May 2023 during his discourse at Mahudi. Accordingly, we had booked flight tickets, airport to Ajmer hotel transfers – both to and fro. Our visit was from April 28 and return was scheduled for May 1 – both Gujarat and Maharashtra Day! On the 28 th we requested Swamiji’s office to inform the Rajasthan trustee and the Administrator of our impending visit and the purpose of the same.   Photo Credit: Pinterest Judging Others Why do we judge people? Sometimes our opinion is formed even before having been introduced to a person. After spending several years on the spiritual path, we develop a sixth sense, we think we understand energy, and based on that we again judge people and slot them as ‘good’ or ‘bad.’ We do not have to stop judging people, we need to understand why and how we judge people. We can only judge that which is visible – like the behaviour of a person, because only the behaviour is available to form an opinion. We do not actually ‘know’ the person, we do not know the reason for his /her behaviour and despite that we go ahead and judge that person. It is alright to judge the act, but not the person. Sometimes it could so happen that a person is always smiling and laughing and being jovial, but deep down he/she may be sad and is just putting on a show to avoid passing on his wounds to everybody.
