  The Seven Bodies Swamiji in his discourses has spoken about the awakening of the Kundalini and the seven bodies in brief in his discourses. Here we will try and examine what these bodies are. The first body is the Physical Body – this body is also known as the Sthul sharir – we are all aware of the physical body and most of us do not progress beyond this level in our spiritual journey. This develops in the first seven years after birth. The progress starts once a living Guru plants the seed of self-realisation within you. Getting visions is related to the eyes and the eyes have a connection to the agya chakra. Swamiji has always said that once you reach the agya chakra – that is good as well as bad. The good part is that you have reached the agya chakra – means you have reached the sixth level while clearing the five chakras below the agya chakra. Once you reach the agya chakra you start seeing visions of deities, samadhist Gurus, some see a flame, a blue light which moves in circles and so on. So, what is this and why does this happen – this is the most common question. The agya chakra holds all the impressions of the past, whether it is guilt, anger, hurt or spiritual in nature. I had called Umeshji sometime in the middle of April and asked whether we could give Aradka a visit. He said he would be free after the 26 th and so we planned accordingly. Umesh Paiji and I had decided to give a surprise inspection visit to the Rajasthan Samarpan Ashram as per the guidance given by His Holiness Swamiji in May 2023 during his discourse at Mahudi. Accordingly, we had booked flight tickets, airport to Ajmer hotel transfers – both to and fro. Our visit was from April 28 and return was scheduled for May 1 – both Gujarat and Maharashtra Day! On the 28 th we requested Swamiji’s office to inform the Rajasthan trustee and the Administrator of our impending visit and the purpose of the same.
