Orange/Saffron Om at Newasa Mahadhyan

After the Mahadhyan at Newasa on 28th November, 2012 Ramnath Kamath, Anant Khamankar and Girish Borkar had stayed back after the Mahadhyan and after visiting the Pais temple at Newasa and a trip to Devgad we returned to the Trimurti Pawan Pratishthan school dormitory. We had planned to meditate at the lake side during the sunset. It was around 4.45pm and after freshening up we were to go for meditation. At this point Ramnath Kamath said he wanted to have a bath. By the time he finished the sun was already setting and Anant Khamankar started taking photos from the dormitory balcony of the setting sun. In the meanwhile Ramnath Kamath dressed up after his bath and we left for the lake side – it was now around 5.20pm and we had missed the setting sun. Twilight had set in and we were ruing the missed opportunity of meditating at the lake side while the sun set. Anant was taking photographs of birds and the surroundings when Ramnath mentioned that the sky is turning purple and then he exclaimed, “look, look the sky is turning orange.” Ramnath and I sat for meditation and as we sat the sky turned a flaming orange, and in front of our eyes a massive “Om” was formed which turned into a “Trishul”. The transformation happened over a period of 5 minutes. Girish Borkar later mentioned that he was praying to Pujya Swamiji for showing his image in the lake. After the sky turned dark, we were going through the photographs, and when Anant turned the camera into a vertical position, one of the photographs clearly showed the image of Pujya Gurudev with His right hand raised in blessings. All three of us felt we were thoroughly blessed by Pujya Swamiji and we got to see a spectacular display in the sky through His Grace. A photograph of the Om is appended. Unfortunately the photograph showing Pujya Swamiji with His hand raised in blessings got deleted. The energy during that short 15 minute phase was palpable.
