What’s Actually Moving Inside Us?
What’s Actually
Moving Inside Us?
We often look outward for answers —
through astrology, fortune-telling, or predictions — asking, “What will
happen to me?” Yet the deeper inquiry is not about the future, but about
the present: “What is happening inside me right now?” This shift from
prediction to presence is the true beginning of spiritual awareness.
Prediction vs.
Presence: Traditional astrology or external fortune-telling can
sometimes become a crutch, making us dependent on external verdicts. But
spiritual tools — like OSHO Astrology — are not meant to fix us into labels.
They are mirrors, reflecting our current inner climate. The stars may show
tendencies, but the real movement is within us, in the subtle dance of energies
and emotions.
The Mirror Metaphor: Imagine
holding a mirror to your inner world. What you see is not a final judgment, but
a reflection of your present state. Just as the sky changes from dawn to dusk,
your inner climate shifts moment to moment. The mirror shows contradictions:
longing for closeness one instant, craving distance the next. This cycle of
tugs is not a flaw — it is the human experience unfolding.
Deconstructing the
Internal Movement: Inside us, there is a constant push and
pull:
·
Fluctuating emotional
needs: The desire for intimacy collides with the need for solitude.
·
Masculine and
feminine energies: Action and structure meet intuition and receptivity.
·
Old conditioning:
Past patterns rub against present awareness, creating friction.
We often watch ourselves repeat the same
loops, even when a part of us already knows where they lead. The act of
noticing is the first step toward transformation.
Consciousness vs.
Acceptance: When we shine the light of awareness on unconscious
habits, many dissolve naturally. Awareness is like sunlight — it melts away
shadows without force. Yet some deep-seated patterns cannot be rushed. They
require patience, compassion, and radical self-acceptance. True change comes
not from fighting ourselves, but from embracing our nature with understanding.
Practical Soul-Work: To
navigate this inner movement:
·
Distinguish the
essential: Separate passing moods and external drama from the silent observer
within.
·
Shift from theory to
experience: Spirituality is not memorizing concepts; it is living awareness.
·
Reflection prompt:
Close your eyes, take a breath, and ask: “In this exact moment, without
judging it… what is actually moving inside me?”
The Path with a
Master: Meditation under the guidance of a Himalayan Master
like Swami Shivkrupanandji helps us observe these inner shifts with clarity. In
collective meditation, we learn to witness the dance of energies without
resistance, slowly transforming friction into freedom. The Master’s presence
becomes the mirror that reflects our inner journey, guiding us toward balance
and joy.
