Be Afraid of Nothing
Fear is one of the greatest
obstacles in human life. It hides in the corners of the mind, shaping our
thoughts, limiting our actions, and preventing us from experiencing the
fullness of existence. Yet, when we look deeply, we realise that fear is
nothing but a thought - a play of the mind. To live fearlessly is to live in
God’s love, in universal consciousness, and in the awareness that the Satguru
is always with us.
To be afraid of nothing means
to hate no one and to love all things - sentient and insentient. It means to
see God’s presence in everything, from the smallest atom to the vast cosmos; the
journey from Atma to Paramatma. When we feel this divine love, fear dissolves
naturally. Love and fear cannot coexist. Where love flows, fear disappears.
Meditation is the path to this
fearless state. In meditation, we connect to universal consciousness. Regular
practice - alone and in collectivity - dissolves inner inconsistencies. The
mind quiets, the heart opens, and awareness blossoms. In this awareness, we
experience God’s energy flowing through us. We realise that the same
consciousness that sustains the universe sustains us. With this realisation,
fear loses its grip.
Under the guidance of a living
master like Shree Shivkrupanand Swamiji, meditation takes on a new dimension.
The master’s presence is a reminder that we are never alone. His guidance helps
us experience self-realisation and self-awareness. When we feel the Satguru’s
energy within us, fear cannot remain. We know that we are supported, guided,
and loved at every step.
Fear is nothing but a shadow
created by the mind. It thrives on ignorance and dissolves in awareness. When
we meditate, we bring light into the mind. In the light of calm and steady
self-awareness, inner energies awaken. They work miracles in our lives - transforming
health, relationships, and outlook. Problems no longer appear as problems; they
become opportunities for growth. Negativity no longer touches us; positivity
becomes our natural state.
To be afraid of nothing is to
live in freedom. It is to walk through life with courage, compassion, and love.
It is to see the divine in all beings and in all things. When we live in this
awareness, the whole world becomes love, kindness, and bliss. Fear cannot
survive in such a world.
So, let us meditate. Let us
connect to universal consciousness. Let us feel God’s love flowing through us.
Let us walk with the Satguru, knowing that he is always with us. In this
awareness, fear dissolves, and life becomes a celebration. Truly, to be afraid
of nothing is to live in God’s love.
