Anger, a potent and often destructive emotion, has the power to shroud our spiritual essence in darkness. In the realm of spirituality, transcending anger is a crucial step toward self-realisation and inner harmony.

Anger, while a natural human emotion, becomes a chain that binds us when left unchecked. The spiritual journey encourages us to examine the roots of our anger, understanding its layers and manifestations. It's a mirror reflecting the turbulence within, urging us to embark on a transformative quest.

Anger often arises from a perceived loss of control — over situations, people, or outcomes. Spirituality teaches us the illusion of control, emphasizing acceptance of the ever-changing nature of life.
