Path Through Darkness

One needs to have faith that the divine is always with you – both faith and belief are fundamental in helping you find the path through darkness into light. It is in your hands what you want to be – a torchbearer or a person lost in the wilderness of material life. Accept and know that you are as good as the best, as powerful as the strongest – you are a soul conscious individual on the way to merge with universal consciousness.

Faith means having the conviction and knowledge that we are made in the omnipotent, all-knowing, all-seeing image of Paramatma. One needs to awaken, nurture and bring into full and complete manifestation our faith through deep meditation practice, which brings us in conscious contact with our soul and through our soul – Paramatma.

Hope and faith reveal a path through the darkness of any trial or test in our life. Faith otherwise understood as the intuitive experience of the truth is a native quality of the soul. Through many births and layers of muck this quality is hidden and comes to the fore through the grace of a Master. Most people do not know anything about this intuitive faith which lies latent within and is the secret wellbeing of our wildest hopes.

Hope is a manifestation of soul consciousness. Even in the midst of the darkest of nights people hope blindly, or subconsciously, because the latent inner voice – the soul – reminds them that all is not lost. Behind the dark clouds of temporary disillusionment awaits the silver lining of eternal fulfilment!

Hope is the eternal light held high up by the soul as a person travels from body consciousness to soul consciousness to liberation. To kill hope and be despondent is like putting on a mask of limitation which hides your soul awareness. Instead hope for the highest and the best – keep on moving towards the luminous light as you move from being an Atman to Paramatma – from soul to super-soul, merging with universal consciousness as you embrace the void.

Have faith that Paramatma works through you – Swamiji is doing Shiv Baba’s work, you are doing Swamiji’s work, so by definition you are working for Shiv Baba – you are carrying on the divine work of your Satguru – then when you work with full faith, the results make extraordinary work look ordinary – you yourself don’t realise how such a gargantuan task happened so easily through you.

After your meditation pray for guidance, feel that inner peace and joy, once you do that you will never be lost in the dark – you will be filled with light, you will radiate joy, peace and calm – people who come near you will comment on the same.
