Have Faith, Stay Strong

Have Faith, Stay Strong

These are tough times and I felt that I should write again requesting all to have faith and be strong. Remember to take all necessary precautions to keep yourself safe – all safety guidelines are available on various public platforms, please go through them and check whether you are following these guidelines. Apart from these general physical guidelines we all need to have inherent mental strength, total faith that nothing will happen to us!

Even if we do somehow get infected have complete faith that we will recover and be much stronger for the experience. Mental strength comes from inner strength – I have always maintained that our health is our responsibility – whether it is our physical or mental well-being. For our physical health we exercise, perform yogic asanas, etc and for our mental health we meditate.

Today, both these are necessary in equal measure, so exercise and meditate and keep yourself mentally and physically fit. Believe me no virus is ever going to get the better of you. Have faith in yourself, have faith in the power of your soul – it is always guiding you. The more you meditate, the more you tune in to your inner frequencies and these will ensure protection from all external aspects. The greater your faith the greater your protection, the more confidence you have in your ‘self’, the safer you are.

Just focus on building your resistance power, proper diet, proper exercise and regular meditation will strengthen your resilience against all the negativities that our there in the external world. You can protect yourself from external pressures, but if you cannot protect yourself internally you are exposing yourself to danger. The internal protection comes from yoga and meditation, building a strong aura – your electromagnetic field that surrounds your body – this protective shield is there with you 24x7. Build a strong aura, have faith and I am sure we will all tide over the current corona situation and emerge stronger, more compassionate and more caring towards all beings - sentient and insentient.
