Have you ever wondered how the heart becomes so beautiful over time? Well, at least for most of us, if not all! Right since childhood, we go through a whole gamut of experiences some good, some bad, some traumatic and some downright scary. All these experiences leave a mark both on our psyche as well as on our heart. Just imagine going through life without any bad experiences – if that happens, we will never understand pain and nor will we know the meaning of healing.

Each one of us hold memories of pain and trauma and how we overcame those moments. Every time we experience such moments our heart cracks and then heals over time. These scars remain on the heart and more the scars, means more the experience, means more beautiful the heart. You may well ask – how come, why? Well, the answer is simple – God tests those he loves the most, and as you pass every test with flying colours your heart heals and gives you the emotional strength of character to overcome all of life’s challenges while giving you the privilege of helping and counselling people who are facing problems in their own lives.

Every time you fall down and stand up, you are sending a message to the universe that you are trying to overcome, not just trying but also overcoming the most trying of circumstances. Every time you stand up and move on with life you feel a sense of pride and a powerful sense of God’s grace and compassion as he helps you find your feet again in the universe! This God, is nothing but your own soul which is getting stronger and stronger as you overcome each passing challenge thrown at you by life!

This is how your heart becomes more and more beautiful. With time, if you start meditating, if possible, under the guidance of a realised Master, you will be able to see how beautifully your heart chakra has shaped up. A beautiful heart chakra, a fully developed heart chakra gives your entire being an aura of love and compassion such that whoever comes within range will feel the power of your beautiful heart, feel and experience the love emanating from within you. Never feel that life’s challenges are an impediment – they are nothing but Paramatma’s way of making you and your heart beautiful, giving, compassionate and loving. So, don’t be afraid of life’s challenges – just understand that they are meant to make your heart strong and beautiful!
