Manifest Your Humanity

One has to understand the science of manifestation in order to understand how to manifest. Humans are made up of atoms that vibrate at different frequencies. The frequency at which our atoms vibrate determines our thoughts. Our bodies tend to vibrate at higher frequencies when we are thinking positively and if we have negative thoughts like jealousy, anger, hate, then we vibrate at lower frequencies.

In science it is well known that – energy cannot be created, nor be destroyed – so, from this it becomes clear that whatever we want to manifest already exists and is vibrating at a certain frequency. When we focus on something positive and we want that to manifest, we need to align our body’s frequency with the frequency of the energy we desire.

When we sit down to meditate our sole objective is to connect with our inner core, nothing else matters. Once that connection happens everything else falls into place. For a meditator being human is the fundamental religion, not any mode or form of worship. Love and compassion are the basic virtues of being born as a human being.

Humanity manifests in the present moment – it does not like to be manipulated or forced; acknowledgement is enough. The more you let go of expectations, stop trying to control the outcome, and honour and accept that everything is okay as it already is, the more you make space to truly fold into what you really want to unfold, physically and spiritually, that is when the manifestation takes place.

When we are in soul consciousness our humanity is being manifested in every moment. This is something which happens when we are meditating; if we learn how to extend this feeling in our day-to-day life then manifesting our humanity becomes a cake-walk! The trouble is in reaching the state to continuously manifest our humanity.

When we live continuously in the present moment, we are neither thinking of the past or the future, at that moment we are in a state of no-mind – we see ourselves from a distance, we observe our actions as we are no longer the doer. We become witnesses to whatever our body is doing. In this state manifesting our humanity becomes second nature. This is simply because the body is in soul consciousness, in tune with the universe and thus whatever happens, happens at a frequency which is matching that of the core human values – love, compassion, peace, kindness, and so on.
